Tales from the Borderlands Edit
Scooter explains he's making Janey the new proprietor of his Catch-a-Ride shop in Hollowpoint.
If Rhys and Vaughn go to Old Haven, Janey will appear at Scooter's Garage when Fiona and Sasha are chased by Athena. Upon hiding in the garage, Athena will enter pretending that she wasn't chasing Fiona and Sasha. It's revealed that Athena and Janey are in a relationship. Janey won't believe Athena was hunting Fiona's bounty, claiming that Athena stopped bounty hunting to better commit to their relationship. It's implied this is what Athena has told her but is clearly lying. Athena is unable to take any action against Fiona or Sasha with her oblivious girlfriend so nearby and watches angrily as they drive off. (Certain dialogue options will result in Fiona convincing and angering Janey about Athena's lying, but most of the time Janey remains completely oblivious.)
If Rhys and Vaughn go to Hollowpoint, Janey can still be mentioned as the new proprietor of Scooter's Garage, but she will not appear.
If she didn't appear in the previous episode, Janey calls Athena while she is in the dome to find out where she is. A nervous Athena lies about what she's doing, something Fiona cannot help but notice. Athena explains that Janey wants them to lie low, in particular wanting Athena to stay out of bounty hunting.
Janey appears in Scooter's Garage, less than pleased about Athena's actions over the past few days. Fiona has to convince her to build a rocket so they can get to Helios.
If Fiona tells Janey that Athena said she loved her, Janey will be last seen packing up to rescue her girlfriend "and marry the piss out of her!"
Fiona can summon Janey to join the group in the final battle of the Traveler. If she also chooses Athena and told Janey the Atlas assassin loved her, the couple will be talking about their impending marriage. If Fiona didn't tell Janey, they still remain a couple, just with more banter.
